Draft Sim is an entertainment and sports simulation tool created for fun. All simulations, results, and statistics produced by this site are fictional and generated for entertainment purposes only. Draft Sim is not a gambling platform, does not accept wagers of any kind, and does not offer prizes or rewards based on simulation outcomes.
While our simulation engine draws on real historical career statistics, the results of any given simulation are not predictions, endorsements, or guarantees of statistical accuracy. Player performance figures used in-game are approximations and may differ from official records.
Acceptable Use
By using Draft Sim you agree to access the site only through normal browser interactions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Scraping or bulk-downloading any portion of the player database or simulation API.
- Sending automated requests, bots, or scripts to our API endpoints.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying player data, simulation algorithm, or source code.
- Using the service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to block access for any user or automated agent that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
Draft Sim uses historical player names and career statistics for the purpose of entertainment simulation. This use is informational and transformative in nature. Draft Sim is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the NBA, FIFA, any professional sports league, club, player association, or players' licensing body.
All trademarks, team names, league names, and logos mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. The Draft Sim name, logo, and original site content are the intellectual property of Playoff Culture.
